Solène Desmée is an Associate Professor in biostatistics.
She teaches mathematics and biostatistics at the University Technology Institute of Tours (France) and she is a researcher at SPHERE since 2017. She received her PhD in biostatistics from University Paris 7 in 2016. Her research mainly focuses on the development of statistical methods for modelling of longitudinal and survival data in particular using nonlinear joint models in the field of oncology. She also takes part to the QUARTET project on methods to analyze time-to-event outcomes in cluster randomized trials and to provide appropriate measures of clustering.
